President & CEO

Mr. Likobe, a successful businessman who has had a profound impact on various corporations in the industry. With over a decade of experience working for world-renowned companies such as Branch Bank & Trust, TD Ameritrade, and competitive Edge Realty as an independent Realtor. Mr. Likobe decided to embark on a mission to build his organization known as PESA Consulting Group LLC, where he currently serves as the President and CEO.

Charles Adekola

Vice President

Mr. Adekola’s career began in the consulting loan industry where he started as a recruiter at Lender Express lending firm. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Adekola has developed extensive knowledge and expertise in mortgage brokerage and consulting. His passion for real estate and finance, coupled with his exceptional consultation skills, have helped him to become a trusted advisor to his clients.

Carole Boboy

Mrs. Carole is a highly accomplished business professional with over a decade of experience in finance and business management. As a Chief Operating Officer at PESA Consulting Group, Carole Boboy is responsible for driving the firm’s growth and expansion through strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight

Her experience working with both businesses and individuals has helped her navigate the financial world, delivering outstanding results.

Debrah Akinkuolie

Chief of staff officer

As Chief of Staff Officer, Debrah’s responsibilities extend to providing direct support to the CEO and other executives, offering comprehensive research, analysis, and strategic recommendations. She oversees critical projects, collaborating closely with the CFO and CAO to ensure their timely and budget-conscious completion. Debrah excels in project planning, execution, and evaluation, deftly reporting progress to the executive team while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles.

KEVIN MOEBA

Mr. Moeba holds an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University and currently serves as a Business Development Consultant of Pesa Consultancy Group. As a Business Development Consultant for Pesa Consultancy of Pesa, he is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying niche opportunities for business growth. Mr. Moeba plays a critical role in expanding Pesa’s market presence and fostering strategic partnerships across various industries.
